Hotel rooms in various price categories have been reserved for IASP 2013 delegates at the following conference hotels on a first-come, first-served basis. Accommodation at these hotels can be booked (subject to availability) at the time of registration using the online registration facility. If you wish to book accommodation at one of these hotels after you have completed your registration, please contact:

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation BEFORE 1 July 2013: Full refund
Cancellation BEFORE 15 July 2013: Refund less an administration fee
of NOK 500
Cancellation AFTER 15 July 2013: NO REFUND

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Cancellation of hotel reservation BEFORE 15 July 2013: Full refund
Cancellation of hotel reservation BEFORE 1 August 2013: Refund less the cost of one night's stay
Cancellation of hotel reservation AFTER 1 August 2013: No refund will be made

In the event of no-show, hotel reservations will be cancelled after one night. No-shows cannot be refunded.
